These terms and conditions of sales shall be construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising there from shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders will be deemed to have been made by the customer and accepted by the Brulimar Optical Group Ltd upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery. After delivery of the goods to the customer, the goods shall be at the customer's risk and the customer should provide insurance against loss or damage.

Any dates and times quoted by the Company for dispatch or delivery of the goods are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract between the Company and the Customer.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations caused by factors outside its control.

The Company shall be under no liability for any loss, damage (whether consequential or otherwise) or injury arising out of or in connection with the goods except that provided for by the Customer Protection Act.

Orders & Payment

All orders are accepted at the discretion of Brulimar Optical Group, we reserve the right to accept or reject any order.  All credit account orders placed online will be sent out provided that the account is not frozen because of non-payment or because the order takes the account in excess of a pre-determined credit limit. When payment has been received or a credit limit has been amended then any outstanding orders will be sent. Orders placed for payment by bank transfer will be sent only when our bankers confirm receipt of payment. Orders placed with credit or debit card payment will be sent immediately upon receipt of authorisation.

All invoices are due for payment on or before the 28th day following the date of the statement on which they first appear.


All published prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rates, packing & carriage. Whilst we always endeavour to maintain published prices we cannot guarantee this and we therefore reserve the right to change the published price without prior notice. We will accept the return of goods not required as a result of any price change.

All goods offered on the Brulimar Optical Group website are subject to availability.

Custom Charges

Goods ordered from Brulimar Optical Group for delivery overseas may be subject to additional customs charges such as import duties and taxes. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, The eye station have no control over these charges. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.


A handling charge of 20% will be levied against all goods that are returned for credit or exchange, 28 days after the original invoice date. In addition any goods purchased that are discontinued or subsequently discontinued or are bought as part of any discontinued offer will not be accepted for credit. Exceptions to these conditions are for reasons of faulty manufacture and are within any period of guarantee as operated by the Company.


Due to continual improvements to the design, quality and manufacturing methods, strict accuracy of the illustrations, sizes and colours cannot be guaranteed. So that such improvements can reach the purchaser as soon as possible the Company reserves the right to make any changes in design or specification without formal notice.


The Company does NOT accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit unless it and the carriers are notified in writing within 3 days of the delivery or expected delivery. On those deliveries which require a signature, if the delivery shows signs of tampering or damage then the carrier's delivery sheet must be signed and marked "unexamined". Any shortages subsequently must be notified to the Company and the carriers within 3 days of discovery.


If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of -the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

Risk & Retention of Title

Notwithstanding any other terms of this contract the property in the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the Company has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods and all other goods agreed to be sold by the Company to the purchaser for which payment is then due.

The purchaser shall keep the goods separate from those of the purchaser and third parties and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as the Company's property, but shall be entitled to resell or use the goods in the ordinary and normal course of its business.

Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the purchaser, the entire proceeds of sale or otherwise of the goods shall be held in trust for the Company and shall not be mixed with other money or paid into any overdrawn bank account and shall at all material times be identified as the Company's money.

Until such time as the property in the goods passes to the purchaser and provided the goods are still in existence and have not been resold, the Company shall be entitled at any time to require the purchaser to deliver up the goods to the Company and, if the purchaser fails to do so forthwith, to enter upon any premises of the purchaser or any third party where the goods are kept or stored.

The purchaser shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of the Company, but if the purchaser does so all monies owing by the purchaser to the Company shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Company forthwith become due and payable.

Access and database/prohibitions

All images, brand names, trademarks and logo devices are strictly copyrighted and remain the property of Brulimar Optical Group and/or the Licensors who have granted The eye station the rights to use such items and images under the terms of our agreements with them. Use of any of the content on this website in whole or part, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Brulimar Optical Group.

Product Information

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information shown, we cannot guarantee that all information will be 100% correct. Amendments to any errors are rectified immediately upon discovery. The colours you see depend on your monitor. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be an accurate reflection of the actual product colour. 


Brulimar Optical Group is committed to maintaining your privacy, any changes to this Privacy policy statement will be immediately updated on our website.

What information do we store?
Typically we will store your contact names, telephone numbers, business addresses and email addresses when you register online, enter online competitions or subscribe to our mailings. We do not store your payment card details on our system.

What will this information be used for? We use your information to keep a record of your orders and payments, update you with any changes to our business that might affect you, and to send you details of company news and promotions. If you apply for credit, we may also use your information to run credit checks on your account.

We do not share our customer data with third parties except for the purposes of establishing payment terms.

Delivery and Returns

Despatch times
Every order is picked, checked and packed the day we receive it and if you’re order is placed before 3pm we’ll send it out the same day.

Delivery times
Our guaranteed delivery time is 3 working days for small orders, most orders arrive within 1-2 days. For orders of over £100, we use a next day tracked service.

Delivery Addresses We´ll deliver your frames to the main address on your account, if you would like to deliver to a different address we can set that up for you.

Postage costs
*ALL UK ORDERS OF £100 OR MORE PLACED ONLINE QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE* We make every effort to keep your postage costs down. For smaller orders, postage costs start at £1.51, while larger orders start at £6.95. If you need a specific estimate, please contact us before submitting your order.

International delivery
We deliver to most international destinations using TNT. If you would like more information please call the Customer Service team on +44 161 655 7000. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

How do I return an item?
You have 28 days from the date of your order to return any unwanted frames**. Just repack the frames and any corresponding cases in their original packaging and send them to:

Please include your account number and invoice number. Items should be returned unused and in a saleable condition, with all component parts and accessories. Please ensure you obtain a free proof of postage when sending goods back.

Items returned after the 28 day period will be subject to a 20% handling fee. **Note that discontinued products that are marked with (*) on your invoice cannot be returned for credit.

How do I return faulty items?
Faulty items can be returned to the returns address shown above. Please include a note describing the fault and let us know whether you would like a replacement. For all products that are found to have a manufacturer’s fault, we will give you a full credit and credit your return postage.
